Universal Investment and Development Company (UIDC) Limited, has launched an Artificial Intelligence (AI) powered Chatbot named Smart Bob on her website.

Smart Bob is a UIDC virtual assistant which provide information about the finance company and the services they render to her customers. Bob provides the convenience for the company’s customers to interact and make enquiries on a 24-hour basis on the the company’s website.

The ICT Department introducing the AI Assistant said Bob has been trained to answer most of the questions customer call to ask like.

Where do you have your offices.

What is your interest rate and tenor.

What do I need to access your loan and so on.

Bob was launch on Saturday 2, December 2023 and by 5:00pm he has already responded to 173 question. Bob can be found at buttom right hand side as the chat icon on all pages.
